Return & Exchange Policy
We hope you love your purchase from Urumaya, but if for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, you’re welcome to return or exchange your item(s). Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our return and exchange process.
Return Conditions
- You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your order.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.
- Items with visible stains, perfume scents, or signs of use will not be eligible for return.
- Final sale items (e.g. limited sales or “Leftover” items) may only be exchanged within 14 days.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange your item for a different size or color, please indicate it clearly in the form below. We process exchanges as quickly as possible depending on stock availability.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping the receipt as proof.
- If you’re nearby, you’re welcome to return or exchange in person by contacting us in advance.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, you will receive your refund within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
