From Sketch to Batik:
A Tribute to Our Grandmother’s Art
For this collection we are inspired by our grandmothers drawings. So we thought, why not give the drawings a new perspective and interpret into Batik. Our grandmother graduated from Arts and craft school, today called The Royal Danish Akademi, one of the few women at that time, who went to art school. She has always been an inspirtion for us and now we want to share some of her fine art works with you. These beautiful flower sketches, made into batik, for you to wear in a beautiful dress or bedsheets.
