Return Policy
We offer unlimited return days, but there are still a few guidelines to follow.
Note: Items from our Leftover Sales can be exchanged within 14 days.
Please handle all items with care when trying them on. Returned products must be:
Unworn and unwashed
Free from stains or odors (e.g., makeup or perfume)
Returned with all original tags and labels attached
Please note:
Original shipping fees will not be refunded
We do not offer free returns — return shipping must be covered by the customer
You’re welcome to return your order in person at our store in Nørrebro to avoid return costs
If returning via mail, we recommend using tracked shipping and keeping the receipt as proof. Once we have received and approved your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Shipping Fees
All fees are calculated at checkout.
Orders within Denmark are shipped with GLS to a choice of your desitination. E.g. your nearest ParcelShop, Home Delivery or as a Business Parcel.
Delivery Times
We aim to ship all webshop orders within 48 hours. Once packed, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Denmark: GLS Delivery in 2–4 business days
Urumaya is not liable for delivery delays caused by shipping carriers.
Liability / Damaged Goods
All orders are insured during shipping. Upon delivery, please inspect your package immediately.
If your package or item is damaged:
Notify the carrier immediately — no later than 2 days after receiving it
Return the damaged item(s) to us right away, so we can assist with resolving the issue quickly
We pack all orders with great care to minimize the risk of damage.
Warranty
All products include a 2-year warranty in accordance with Danish law.

If a product is out of stock, feel free to contact us for updates on restocking or pre-orders.

Your payment will be charged once your order is shipped. All prices are in DKK and include 25% VAT (for EU countries). For orders outside the EU, VAT is not included. See “Customs and VAT” section below.
Customs and VAT
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs, VAT, or import duties upon arrival.
Please check with your local customs office for details.
Urumaya is not responsible for any customs charges, taxes, or delays. We cannot refund VAT or other duties paid by non-EU customers.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been shipped. As we process orders daily, please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or modify your order.
